We need representative help desk candidate to receive multiple trouble tickets from our business customers.

You will be using email, telephone and whatsapp tools to communicate.

You will need to know some Linux and networking to debug problems, You will need to have good english.

You will need to be patience, self confidante and willing to learn by your self.

You will need to give support to our product with remote connection tools.

Requirements:

Junior and up level of Linux Applications.

Experience in the telecommunications industry.

Understanding of complex networks.

Ability to efficiently complete tasks.

Knowledge of Asterisk advantage.

Understanding of VoIP industry advantage.

Preferred skills: Linux, Telecommunication, VoIP, Communication, Network.

Must be: Service oriented, quick worker, goal motivated and team-player.
