We implemented it to the Agent Panel, so it means that anywhere from the World you agent can log in to our system, establish a secure private connection using the Onliner, and can start calling from the web browser. It saves a huge amount of time for your support team and makes unnecessary any technical knowledge from your agents. So they are free from hassling configuring a softphone and they can do their job from the very first minute.
